Do not buy from SimpleTire

I purchased 4 Summit Trail Climber SUV tires from SimpleTire and had them shipped to one of their preferred local installers. 3 days after installation, the front passenger tire blew out on the interstate at 75 MPH. SimpleTire said I have to provide a written statement form the installer for them to order a replacement. The installer refused to provide a statement and SimpleTire refused to replace the tire without a written statement from the installer. So I have a 3 day-old blown tire which concerns me about the quality of Summit tires but more disappointed in the customer service from SimpleTire. Buy at your own risk and hope you don't have any quality issues because SimpleTire will not help you.
