Tires were too deformed to be mounted. After 2 replacements were sent that had the same deformed belts and rubber, I sent them all back. Even Kenda Corporate Customer Service would not return my e-mails concerning the problem. Other dealers told me that they experience this issue with the same model tire. They state those are to difficult to mount as a "tubeless" tire that it is advertised to be. They suggest using a tube which the customer must purchase themselves. Taking my business elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed in the whole experience with Kenda and SimpleTire customer support. Just keep dropping this junk on the market and you'll be out of the North American market soon enough....

Tires were so deformed that they the beads would not seat for the tire to be inflated. Very poor quality. While I'm not unhappy about receiving a refund, SimpleTire Customer Service went on the defensive at the beginning trying to tell me that I just wasn't qualified to mount these tires. If you sell deformed tires then you had better come up with a better explanation than 3 out of 4 tires being un-mountable is a "rare occurrence". Keep it up and you'll be out of business and looking for another job.
