I got 74k miles on LT 265/70 17 ATX tires . Rotated regularly at oil change. Still had tread and sold them for $100 for the set. Replaced with the exact same tires. I live in SE KY so it's mountain curvy roads. Best tires I've ever owned.
This is an absolute CRAP tire. From day one they had a horrible vibration to them. Found out the brand new tires were bad, I had a replacement set put on only to have the new set was also bad. Save your self the time and money and find something else!
Dealer put a set on a 2500hd i bought so it passed safety. B4 i bought truck it road smooth, beauty with the wore tires on it. Picked up the truck after it was ready with new set of grabber at,s They drive me nutts. Vibration is bad. Very noisy. I thought this truck had a bad ujoint or hub and had it in a shop twice. Its these. I wont recomend.
I bought these replacement tires for my 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie. The original tires that came with the truck wore out in less than 30,000 miles and I'm 55, so my burnout and speeding days are over. The General Grabber tires are quiet, provide good traction in any condition, and seem to be wearing much better than the original tires did. I'm putting them on my wife's 2018 Grand Cherokee.
Here's an honest review for ya. I ordered a set of these tires a few months back. Unknown to me they have been discontinued and the warehouse they shipped from had them marked as in stock. Long story short I ended up with the wrong tires when I got home Friday night. Called SimpleTires customer help line. By Saturday morning I had four shipping labels printed and the tires were dropped off at the local FedEx. Yea the company made a mistake but who doesn't from time to time? They made it right. Got refunded in full they following Monday and it didn't cost me anything more than loading them in my pickup and dropping them off. So, yes I would still recommend simple tire to a friend. Can't say how good these grabbers are though 🤷ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸
Good all around tires, made my pickup handle like a sports car!
Great tire. I wish General would bring them back. They are big heavy tires, but super durable, and great in the south west of the US. I don't drive in snow or rain much, so not a lot of input in those areas, but if you are in a wide range of terrain in the deserts of NV, CA, and AZ, they are great.
Great tires.
Purchased a set of General Grabbers for my Dodge 3/4 ton, and they're great tires! I live on the side of a mountain, and I have to plow a very steep 200 foot driveway. The Grabbers have great traction on my steep driveway, and I'd highly recommend them for snow use. They have excellent traction in the rain, sharp looking on the truck, and wear very, very well. I love these tires and plan to buy another set as soon as these wear out!
